Goat Yogurt and Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 serving whey protein isolate
  • 1/2 cup plain goat yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée on high speed until smooth.
