Sun Salutation – Mountain Pose, Forward Fold, Halfway Lift, Tall Plank, Chaturanga, Upward Dog, Downward Dog, Tall Plank, Forward Fold, Mountain Pose

Repeat 15 times, stating each affirmation as you go.

Affirmations –
